Blue Heron Nature Preserve Wildflower Walk 5/11/13

This morning, my father and I went on a wildflower walk (which really turned out to be a plant walk) at the Atlanta Audubon Society’s Blue Heron Nature Preserve in Buckhead lead by a very knowledgeable native plant expert and farmer Walter Bland. We saw a mind-boggling number of plant species, almost all of which were cool. Here is a list of all the plant species that we saw and some pictures:
